Yes, you can! Although many may feel that there is too great a risk in case the water tank should ever leak. But, if you think of these things ahead of time, you can figure out whether it is worth it or not for you.

There are many benefits to placing the fresh water tank under the bed:

  • Free up space in the bays
  • Insulates sound from the engine and road
  • Easier to reach in case of emergency

...and, of course, there are a dozen others. Remember, if you have weighed all the pros and cons, and the pros are to your satisfaction, you can do most anything. As long as it is to code, and you can live with it...why not?
